The equation of a sphere is simply:

(x-a)2+(y-b)2+(z-c)2=r2

where

(a, b, c) are the coordinates of the center of the sphere r is the radius of the sphere

Since we know the coordinates of the center of the sphere are (-3, 2, 5) and the radius is 6, we can write the equation of the sphere as:

(x+3)2+(y-2)2+(z-5)2=62  (x+3)2+(y-2)2+(z-5)2=36
